Basotect Melamine Sponge Panel: Basotect sponge panels, which are basic acoustic fireproof melamine foam, are generally produced in light gray and white colors as flat panel panels. Basotect sponge panel is generally produced in the form of hexagonal, square and oval, elliptical canopy with chamfered edge and special cutting is possible in different shapes. Basotect Sponges are produced as pyramid surfaced sponges with fire resistant, high NRC values, in white or light gray colors. Basotect melamine sponge is used as a heat and sound insulation material where it is necessary to absorb mid and high frequency sounds, prevent tinnitus, and provide acoustics indoors. Basotect melamine sponges are a flexible, open-cell foam made from thermoset polymer. It is used in sound insulation applications to cut echo formation and mid-frequency sounds. Since it does not contain dead cell antibacterial microbes, it does not pose any health problems. Being non-flammable in any way further expands the usage area. It can be produced in different color, surface form, thickness, density and model. It is a very delicate and light material. In this way, the ease of application and speed of application increase. By using it on the ceiling or the wall, you can prevent sounds that want to pass through obstacles and disturb the space.
