Barrier Pyramid Sponge: The product is produced by laminating the rubber barrier (heavy EPDM reinforced sound barrier) between two acoustic fireproof sponges to increase the loss of sound transmission. The acoustic sponges used in this barrier pyramid sponge have an open-cell polyurethane structure. Acoustic sponges alone cannot prevent loud sounds effectively and with high performance. If an EPDM heavy lead sound insulation barrier is placed between two acoustic or barrier pyramid sponges, high-performance product quality occurs. These products are mostly used in loud environments. If the barrier sponges are covered with acoustic sponges, this sound insulation material regulates the acoustics of the environment and solves sound problems such as echo. However, if a barrier pyramid sponge is used, it becomes a serious sound deadening product and it is a product to cut the loud sounds in the environment. Barrier Acoustic Foam provides excellent sound absorption thanks to the PVC or lead barriers under it. Variations of PVC and lead with polyurethane foam can be applied according to the type and intensity of the sound. It can be applied in engine and generator rooms, trains, ships, trucks, tractors, buses, compressors, and around the machine where the noise is very loud.

Barrier Pyramid Sponge Density: 50 to 60 Kg / M³ Special production is possible in desired density and thickness.
Tolerances: 30 mm product is between 25 - 30 mm, 40 mm product is between 35 - 40 mm.
