Fireproof Sponge Panel: Silky acoustic sound absorber insulation sponge prevents the noise by absorbing the sound. It is manufactured in different shapes like egg, pyramid, and labyrinth, etc. Fireproof Sponge Panels are decorative and reasonably priced compared to other acoustic sponges. They are used in critical and delicate places such as recording and broadcast studios. The area of the use of acoustic sponges is not limited to studios, and our purpose is to extend its usage in locations that require acoustic sound insulation. Our products are certificated.

Fireproof Panel Sizes: 50 cm x 50 cm. 30 mm thickness. Also produced in 40 mm and 50 mm thickness.

Fireproof Panel Package Content: Fireproof Sponge Panels are sold as packages. 1 Package is 10 m² and contains 40 pieces.

Fireproof Panel Color Variations: Sold as black (deep andesite grey), colored production is possible.

Fireproof Panel Production: 500 mm thickness and above is possible. A custom cut is possible.

Fireproof Panel Density: 15 - 25 Kg / M³ High density for maximum absorption.

Tolerances: 30 mm thickness is between 25 – 30 mm, and 40 mm thickness is between 35 – 40 mm.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms.  They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.

Fireproof acoustic sponges are in 100 cm x 100 cm scale as plates, each package contains 10m² product. Sold as 30mm and 40mm standard thickness by retail and wholesale, the custom cut is possible in special thicknesses and sizes. Contact our technical office for details.
